This lovely 165 square meters 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 3 toilets villa is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime. Situated very close by walking from the city center and the beach, you will enjoy to not use the car (as traffic is high from May to October) to reach the shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries, old market.. This quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area.
RARE at SAINTE-MAXIME : CENTRAL Villa by the SEA !
Villa completely refurbished this year, designed by an architect, very bright and spacious, decorated with all modern convenience, and it sleeps 9 people. The interior is comfortable.. with notably new and high-standard bedding. A King Size Bed in 180 × 200 cm in the main bedroom. Bedroom 2 : Queen Size in 160 x 200 cm. Bedrooms 3 & 4 : 2 Beds per room in 90 x 200 (placed separated or together). a Baby cot in option. 3 Big Screens TV (one in the living-room, 2 other in the main bedrooms). The 4 bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower.
This villa has also a heated pool (+ many deck chairs) and 3 terraces (with a large table allowing 8 persons) for dining outside or enjoying the amazing unobstructed sea views. The other views from inside the house are incredible too. Its location is really a major asset : imagine that you will be at less than 20 meters from the sea. :)
Optional paying service : The pool can be heated on request, for a temperature (from April 1 to October 30) at 28 °C. An additional cost of 150 Euros per week is required (payment by cash upon arrival). The pool can NOT be heated from November 1 until March 31.
