To the left, are stairs that lead to both the upper level and the lower level of the property.Past the stairs on the left, you’ll find a large, open kitchen featuring a cooking island and a dining table, perfect for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and modern appliances. This area seamlessly connects to the outside dining terrace and pool area, making it an ideal spot for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining.Straight ahead of the entrance, there is a large sitting room. This comfortable living space has French doors that open onto the terrace, pool, and garden, offering beautiful sea views and plenty of natural light.
