Spacious modern house with a nice private pool in the Sant Genís area. Very close to the Grifeu beach and easily accessible in the area of the port of Llançà. Decorated and equipped with care and detail, very cozy and distributed over three floors. On the ground floor of the house is the garage for two cars with a small bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Terrace with dining and lounge furniture, iron barbecue to spend evenings around the pool. It also has loungers to rest or sunbathe. In the garden you will find a small pond with fish. On the first floor there is a magnificent living-dining room with a television and fireplace, an open kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, microwave and wine fridge, pantry area. Terrace accessible from the dining room and kitchen with sea views. Also equipped with iron barbecue. On the same floor there are four double bedrooms with matrimonial beds (one suite with shower) and a bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. On the second floor there are two double rooms, one of them very large with a shower and toilet and a terrace with a view of the sea and a panoramic view of Cap Ras and a bathroom with a shower. The whole house has air conditioning. The pool is operational only in the summer months. Total 6 double bedrooms, for 12 people and three bathrooms and the garage.
