The second one is romantic cozy style with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped toilet and living room with extendable sofa-bed. Accommodation is available totally for up to 20 people. When reservation is made for up to 12 people, the bigger villa will be at your disposal. If there is a request for using more rooms then 6 (single use), the second house could be used, which leads to an increase the number of guests, corresponding to the number of rooms, respectively the price. All rooms are with a breathtaking ocean and mountain view with 2 swimming pools (outdoor and HEATED indoor). Our villas were built on a plot of 4.300m2 in a safe and quiet area. The villa is just 5 min drive from Puerto de La Cruz town (Playa Jardin and the famous Loro Parque), in addition - easy access to TF5 motorway, shopping areas as well as all other services are seconds away by car; big supermarkets are just 2 min walking distance. LA PERLA EXOTICA has an ideal position to enjoy it all.
