A su vez, a unos 10- 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. En el entorno a menos de un km tenemos 2 centros comerciales y unos grandes almacenes, con opciones de restauración y ocio. En las inmediaciones hay supermercados, gimnasio y parkig público de pago.

It is located next to the Maria Zambrano Station and the bus station, with direct communication with the airport in 8 minutes by suburban train.
