Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment was beautiful and well laid out. It was also stocked with a “starter kit” of supplies that were key to making the apartment easy to use without having to go to stores. The washing machine was particularly useful at our stage of travel. The underground parking space was a huge plus. It was wonderful place to stay while in Seville.

Negative: I was told that someone would be present to give an orientation to the apartment and parking garage. There were several emails confirming this arrangement. Two hours prior to our Seville arrival, we learned there would be no orientation. Instead, there would be a self check in. QR codes and pdfs were provided for instruction. While we worked our way through the apartment entry and garage process, this was an unexpected surprise. The process, once one understood it, was straightforward. But, I think the hosts should realize that every place is different and has its quirks. Travelers from foreign countries may not be familiar with certain methods or interfaces.

Summary: Wonderful stay. Recommend highly.
