Pool added August 2016. This First Tier home is one lot from beach and has easy access to wide open quiet beaches. Home has open concept living space with well appointed kitchen opening to living and dining areas. Living area opens to a large screen porch with views of the Gulf and is equipped with large flat screen TV, internet and WIFI, and comfortable furnishing. Kitchen - updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz Counters, chefs delight. 10 foot peninsula with 4 bar stools to hang out with the cooks. Master Bedroom - king bed and full bath with double sinks. opens onto screen porch with beautiful views of the gulf. King Bedroom - Spacious King opens to Screen porch with lovely views of the gulf, shares bath with queen/bunk room Queen/Bunk Room - 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and bunk beds. All new hurricane rated windows recently updated so its very quiet in the house with the windows closed. Screen Porch - spans the entire beach side of home doubling the living space of this home. There are 2 beach chairs and 2 kayaks you can take down to the beach.
Cleaning fee includes bed linens and one towel and wash cloth per person, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and soap. Please note there are additional fees for pets and pool heat, see the "Notes:" paragraph under the "Rates" table for fees.
