Terra Lodge is a small boutique hotel with only two identical rooms: Terra Foc and Terra Aire.
The hotel has a private pool exclusively for the guests of these two rooms. Next to the pool there is a "ranch" with a terrace, where breakfast ((on request $15 per person and includes juice, coffee, fruit plate, eggs, avocado and toast).
4x4 might be needed if it's wet, on the 75 meters ramp to the hotel. Usually it's not.
The space
Breeze and views, with spacious and comfortable rooms.
The rooms have a main "queen" bed, and an additional double "trundle" bed, which is hidden under the "queen", meaning that each room can sleep up to four adults, but the space in the room is reduced with this configuration, so we recommend that the additional bed be occupied by only one adult or a child over 12 years old. We do not admit children under 12 years old.
Terra Lodge was built taking into consideration the permanent breeze that caresses our property, a breeze that drives away mosquitoes and regulates humidity.
Our views are incredible: jungle, forest, sea and the island of El Caño.
The combination of clouds and rays of the sun creates a unique sunset every day.

Terra Lodge is located in Ojochal, a beautiful place to appreciate nature. In this town surrounded by jungle mountains, rivers, and sea, there is a huge and varied habitat of animals and plants (all the animals that appear in the photos of our profile have been taken from Terra Lodge).
The town is located in a strategic place, and is used as a base to plan visits to the most notorious activities in the area: surfing in Dominical (30minutes), Marino Ballena National Park "Whale tale" (15), Sierpe mangroves (50), territory Boruca (75), Uvita (15) ...
Less than 400 meters from Terra Lodge, there is the Ojochal waterfall, and a river with a small pool where you can cool off.
Playa Tortuga is the closest beach to Terra Lodge, it is in front of the town and its sunsets are beautiful. It takes 9 minutes to get there from Terra Lodge. There you can also find the volunteer center "Reserva Playa Tortuga", a biological reserve with volunteers which is a research center and refuge for turtles and other species.
The gastronomic offer is good and varied in Ojochal, with offers from Mediterranean to Indonesian food. In fact, Ojochal is considered the gastronomic jewel of the southern part of Costa Rica.
