Located in Maro, close to the famous Nerja Caves & just a short drive to Nerja & the beach. The villa has spacious accommodation comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest washroom, open plan living & dining area with fully fitted kitchen. Quality finish in marble throughout. Air conditioning. Sat TV. Solar water heating, & security system. Lovely terraces on both levels, open & shaded. Private 9m x 4m swimming pool.

Villa Gito stands in private gardens & is located just around the corner from the famous Caves of Nerja, a series of caverns close to the town of Nerja in Andalusia. Stretching for almost 5 km the caverns are one of Spain´s major tourist attractions. Concerts are regularly held in one of the chambers which forms a natural amphitheatre. The beach at Maro is approx 1000m through the picturesque village, with it´s small shops, bars & restaurants.

Nerja is approx 3 km from maro, a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops, tapas bars & restaurants.

Summary: Nice villa. Well cleaned. Perfect with private swimming pool inside the property. Only one comments: two of the bedrooms are sharing air conditioner, so if both bedrooms should benefit from the air-con the door between the 2 rooms needs to be open. But over-all a nice villa with all you need for a perfect vacation. Thank you for this time. Lars
