In addition, the community has two swimming pools surrounded by natural grass, which creates a very familiar and relaxing atmosphere.On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, the first bathroom with shower and access to the two exterior terraces, opposite on each side of the house. The back terrace of the house has both a barbecue and outdoor dining area as well as direct access to the community pool area, ideal for families travelling with children.Upstairs are the four bedrooms and the second bathroom, this one with bathtub. There are air-conditioning units in two of the bedrooms and in the living room.This townhouse has a private underground garage for one car, although it is worth noting that thanks to its great location and proximity to all kinds of services (restaurants, bars, leisure, etc.) the car is practically unnecessary.
