This house was completed in 2016 and comes with great architectural features. Viewing the Surf, Beach, jungle canopy and coastlines. All 4 bedrooms have A/C, fans, modern bathrooms and an ocean/jungle view. To have both security privacy and quiet for 8 guests with jungle/mountain and beach views is unique to this property. The large outdoor lounging areas and chefs kitchen will be great for entertaining 10-12 guests. The modern infinity pool overlooks Hermosa beach. It takes only 4 minutes to drive from the house to the Hermosa beach. Monkeys and birds visit daily.
