My beautiful mountain house lies right at the bottom of the famous Pyrenees mountains. It is ideal for making hikes and then relax at the house has all modern comforts: wood stoves, warm bath, WIFI, TV, modern kitchen, washing machine. The combination of being in nature and having access to all benefits of modern life will do you good! The house lies at a corner where two mountain rivers converge into the river “Lez”.
The surrounding nature is stunning with the famous GR10 path nearby and countless hikes from easy ones with the kids to hikes right to the top of the mountains. You will always walk through the charming mountain village from the middle ages. Possibly you will see some of the Pyrenees wildlife: deer, foxes and wild hogs. Enjoy your own fruit garden in summer where you can pluck fruit as much as you like or walk through the snow in winter: it is always very quiet in the valley and the house is secluded and you will get all the peace and fresh air you can handle.
If you have enough of nature you can start up your car that you can park next to the house and visit 1 of the medieval cities nearby, or go to the famous “grottes of Niaux” to see how our forefathers lived, knowing in the back of your head you will be at the woods tove at night enjoying the comforts of modern life.
