The apartment is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, shops and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the location. You can enjoy all the advantages of being right in the historic city center while at the same time being located in a very quiet street. It is a very spacious and bright apartment (80m2/900sqft-2bdrms/1bthrm). It features a modern style with comfort. My apartment is good for couples, business travelers, and families. You can see in the pictures an old oven from the nineteenth century that was found during the building construction and that has been kept for display at the entrance of the building garage as tribute to the origins of this street.
