Positive: Great location, beautiful house

Negative: No hot water for most of our stay because the hot water cylinder had been turned off. When we asked host they asked i we knew how to use the shower rather than come fix it. When we turned it back on it took quite a few hours to heat up - so in the end we never managed to use it. Also one of the rooms didn't have a working radiator but we were only told this by the host after one of us slept in the freezing cold room. In general communication could be better and the house needs a simple document explaining how things work.
