The villa is split into 2 parts and the ground floor, adjacent to the swimming pool is to let. The upper part of the building will not be occupied when the apartment is let. It is a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment with a modern kitchen, 2 Andalucian style bathrooms, a dining area and sitting room and a multi purpose room to watch TV, play music and read books. The villa has been totally refurbished this year and looks just great.
There is also a big garden or about 1400m2, with a nice terrace and subtropical plants.
There is sea and mountain view. The area is very green with lust vegetation, palm trees in a quiet urbanization. We have recently been able to extend our garden with a 3000m2 park. There is a flat area of 11x20 m to play badminton, to practise pitching and golf swing and to play jeu de boules (petanque).
