Welcome to Sirena Del Mar, your Blue Zone paradise villa!! (We now offer Rental Golf Carts too). Located in a private, safe, gated community: 24 hour security, with excellent golfing and private beach.
"Sirena Del Mar" stands out from the other rental villas with it's many upgrades: amazing backyard, oversize patio, large rancho-gazebo (perfect for outdoor relaxing and entertaining), & surrounded by local plants & fruit trees, trees and lush custom landscaping. Our goal is to create the best villa available here for your pleasured stay. No parties please.
We want your experience to be amazing & have added so much to this villa to make it stand out from others in the area. We have added vibrant paint schemes, upgraded furnishings, an upgraded kitchen, upgraded car port and backyard patio, landscaping, and so much more.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own temperature control, and an extra main floor air-conditioner. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a private ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom.
Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. High gloss tile throughout to keep the home cool and looks amazing. Cool feature: the laundry room is located outside under the stairs, eliminating noise and heat from the villa.
We have also added an air conditioner on the main floor for your comfort. Feedback from local guests has been that villa's without main floor air are too warm.
Double sliding patio doors off the kitchen and living room, along with huge windows in each bedroom and the stairwell allow for lots of natural light during the day.
This Modern Villa is a 2 story-3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a backyard pool, patio with 6 seat dining set, outdoor patio furniture lounge set and 4 Burner BBQ.

2nd Floor:
3 bedrooms with air-conditioners in each room and 2 full washrooms (1 is attached to the master bedroom)
Downstairs has:
**Well equipped Modern Kitchen with all recent Appliances- Full size Refrigerator, Full size oven with 4 burner stove top, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee maker, Smoothie Blender, Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, Plates, Cups/ Glasses, Water/ Juice Jugs, Cutlery and more.
**Main floor has it's own air conditioner.
**Safe drinking water from the tap, (natural spring water from the mountain).
**Open concept main floor Living Room- Has one 3 Seat Couch, 1 Love seat, 1 Lounge sitting chair, Large Smart TV.
**Open concept Dining Area- Has a 8 seat Dining Table
**Half bathroom is located by the Front Entrance.
**For Safety, we have a Smoke Alarm and Fire Extinguisher and Vented Stove Hood.
**Garbage is picked up everyday, but Sunday. Recycling is 50 meters away.
This villa holds 8 guests maximum, (which includes children) up to 2 children or one adult in upper bunks and up to 2 children or cozy adults in lower bunks.
If you have a larger family or are traveling with a group, we have 2 other villas to choose from, and others in the community if those are already fully booked, with the same layout for your additional guests. Please ask when booking if you require more villas. Please do not have more than 8 people as security will turn them away. Also NO pets, due to allergies.
Must be 23 years or older to book this villa.
Costa Rica has a 13% VAT tax on all Bookings. We have included that in the price.
Tennis courts are free and pickle ball courts are available for a small fee, and may need to be booked in advance.
You will have to bring your own sports equipment.
Golf club rentals at the clubhouse
Golf carts can be rented onsite through the villa owner.
El Rancho restaurant & Bar on the beach, is open during busy season.
The entire villa is yours! All bedrooms, bathrooms, full laundry, kitchen, living room, backyard, private pool, and car port for parking your vehicle.
Included in your rental is high speed wifi, internet and Cable TV.

Children are welcome but must be fully supervised by an adult, due to the fact that the backyard pools are not fenced in.

*This villa does not allow pets, dues to allergy concerns.
*Must be able to climb stairs as this is a 2 storey house
*Quiet time is 10pm - 7am daily
*No parties allowed on property. Noise and loud music not permitted.

Here in the community is one of the best beaches in all of Costa Rica and is walking distance from your villa.
Bring home fresh fresh fish and shellfish from the local fishing docks.
Fresh fruit and vegetables at local markets. Everything you may need or want is within minutes of the community. Also, there is a convenience store right in the community.
We find it very common when walking the 125 acre area to see wildlife such as : Howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, white-tailed-dear, and too many birds to list. Bring your camera.
Located within walking distance, you can enjoy a world class golf course, and the rental equipment is great if you want to leave your clubs at home. Bring lots of balls.
