This cozy two-bedroom apartment is designed with an open floor plan, offering a maximum capacity for up to six guests. The bedrooms are comfortably equipped: one features a double bed, and the other is furnished with two double beds.

This neighborhood has a strong cultural character and identity, known for its genuine atmosphere and active community life. Here, you will find a large number of local shops, traditional markets, and popular, affordable Madrid gastronomy.
Its primary highlight is the Parque del Cerro del Tío Pío, famous for its hills affectionately nicknamed "The Seven Tits." This park is the ideal spot to relax and offers, without a doubt, one of the best panoramic views of the entire Madrid skyline, particularly at sunset.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
