This wonderful apartment, recently renovated in April 2017, gives everyone the opportunity to spend the most beautiful time and a wonderful holiday in the most prestigious places in Alicante, in a magical urbanization called "Los Planetas". The apartment is equipped to stay and recommended for 6 to 8 people, in a luxurious environment.
The spacious apartment, with an area of more than 100m2, is 50 meters from the largest and most spectacular beach in Costa Blanca: San Juan Beach. The apartment is located in a wonderful, quiet and green urbanization with its own swimming pool, recreational games, playground and parking.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with modern kitchen and dining area, fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces.
The living room connects with a large and attractive terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The living room is equipped with a modern fireplace, 2 sofas, a sofa bed adapted for two people.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary services that provide a comfortable stay for 8 people.
The apartment has three double bedrooms with air conditioning, each with a terrace. All rooms are equipped with two single beds adapted so that they can be joined as a king size bed, wardrobes and all have separate bathrooms. All bathrooms have underfloor heating with independent heating, and one of them includes a washing machine.
The apartment has a great location. It is located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator, in a beautiful and quiet urbanization surrounded by many green areas, flowers and palm trees that give freshness and tranquility in the summer. Within the urbanization there is a swimming pool, sports field and playgrounds. During your stay here you will feel as if you are in an oasis of calm, despite the fact that it is only 50 meters from the beach.
When leaving the urbanization you will have at your fingertips, not only beach, but also an innumerable variety of lively pubs, bars, ice cream parlors, cafes and restaurants with delicious, Mediterranean and international Spanish cuisine. Around the corner you will find many shops with all the products you may need, including also local products.
At the entrance of the urbanization there is a bus stop and a local tram, which will take you to the center of the lovely and beautiful Alicante and in the direction of Benidorm, known as "Las Vegas" of Europe. However, in our opinion, the biggest advantage of the apartment is its location, close to the sea - approx. 50m, where the most beautiful beach of the Costa Blanca is located: "San Juan", with a clean and pleasant sand, playgrounds, sports fields for beach ball, gyms and many restaurants, cafes, bars and ice cream parlors. The great attraction is the proximity (2 minutes by car) of the golf course "Alicante Golf", well known among golfers. In „Los Planetas” you will find peace and respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the opportunity to enjoy all the attractions of Alicante, a city that likes to have fun, celebrate and dance and never sleeps.
