The neighboring village of Los Belones is 2km away with its lively center, bars and restaurants.
Cartagena is 20 minutes by car. Romanesque historic town with its magnificent harbor, its amazing architecture and winding alleys with all types of shops.
On weekend evenings, Cartagena comes alive with street performances around the Piazza di Roma which is lined with great restaurants. The best preserved amphitheater outside Rome is also here and is used for concerts.
On foot or by bike, La Mar Menor welcomes you with beautiful beaches of soft sand and warm waters. Beautiful walks along the sea that extend for several kilometers. In the side streets of the beach several bars and restaurants serve incredible local specialties. The area is particularly famous for its fresh fish and seafood.
The sea of the Mar Menor is a vast lagoon measuring 27 km long, 9 km wide but only 9 meters deep in its center, which made it ideal for families as well as for water sports enthusiasts, waters are always warmer than the Mediterranean Sea which is separated from the land spit called La Manga del Mar.
