The interior is designed for your comfort, with a fully equipped American gas kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and more) where you can prepare delicious lunches. The living-dining room, spacious and bright, features a fireplace, television and a sofa bed, ideal for family moments.
Rest peacefully in the two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower tray and heat pump heating for your comfort in any season of the year.
The house is located just 4 km from Cártama village, with easy access to supermarkets and local restaurants, and less than 30 km from the coast, airports and multiple attractions such as golf courses, water parks and natural spaces.
