The Don Burguillo rural house is located in a privileged place, as it is at the foot of the El Burguillo swamp dam, which makes it an easily accessible location, while surrounded by nature, making it a quiet place ideal to disconnect from the daily routine and only 1 hour from Madrid.
The house has two floors. The ground floor is a very spacious living room-kitchen and has a fireplace and a large double room with its bathroom and the upper floor is the rest of the rooms, one of them with a built-in shower and two bathrooms.
The house is furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster and all necessary utensils. The house has a porch with garden area with the possibility of closing it being ideal for children and a break for parents. It has two swimming pools, one for children and another larger one that it shares with our rural hotel with 8 rooms.
