On the lower level are two additional bedrooms, both en-suite with bath and shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto private balconies with tranquil forest and partial sea views. There is a double sleeper couch in the landing between these rooms.
Additional house features a full inverter system, air con in the lounge, gas geysers, a Smart flatscreen TV with full package DStv, an indoor fireplace, a scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer as well as a portable gas BBQ/braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including gas stove top, electric oven and built-in microwave.
