Le Vau Rozet has recently been fully renovated, adding comfort and luxury while respecting its traditional and historic appearance. It was originally built back in the 15th century and belonged to the "De Berthe” family. The château is located in the Natural Park Loire-Anjou-Touraine between Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur and Langeais. With its private and tranquil setting on top of the lake, it is the ideal spot to celebrate special gatherings such as weddings, receptions, or even business meetings, as well as unforgettable family holidays. The chateau comprises 7 double bedrooms, all with plenty of space and all ensuite. the bathrooms of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor come with bathtub and shower. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the 2 on the top floor come with shower. The château offers plenty of space to hang out and relax. It has a large indoor and outdoor dining area, ideal for BBQs in the summer or large Christmas feasts in the winter. The Terrasse offers a stunning view over the garden and lake, and besides the outdoor dining area it also offers a coffee table and comfortable chairs to sit and read a book. The veranda leading to the terrasse is ideal for early morning breakfasts when it's still a bit nippy outside and you can watch the fog disappear of the lake. The kitchen comes with all mod cons as well and offers any tools you might need for a big BBQ/dinner. The heated swimming pool over the lake makes for a stunning setting and is the ideal place to relax in the summer.
