We have decided to rent out our home so we can indulge our passion for travel. Perfectly positioned 1 mile from the ocean & a short drive from the incredible beaches of Pilon & Zancudo. Only 20 minutes from the famous Pavones surf.
We have no nearby neighbours, the space is entirely private so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our beautiful property. Monkeys, sloths, toucans, parrots and hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the mature trees and flowers that surround the lush garden. Plenty of space, comfortable seating inside and outside Casa Zenn and a fully equipped kitchen (stove/ blender, fridge/freezer, microwave, french press coffee etc.. Large living room with library & games (inc. Darts, Ping-Pong, Chess, Boardgames etc...). Separate indoor dining room to compliment the large terrace setup for dining, swinging in a hammock or monkey-watching. Private off-road parking at property.
