Strategically located mountain side, 5min (3km) from the beach. Experience a clean, peaceful & private place, ideal to rest, spend some time with family, surf, eat, tan & visit all the extraordinary places that surround this area. Our home is very relaxed and quiet, but close enough to all the action. We own and manage Hotel Pumilio on a completely separate property right beside the house, which is quite convenient for our guests since we include daily housekeeping and they always have access to the staff for special request, to book transportation, tours, order breakfast or other meals, get spa treatments, and take advantage of the many services we offer at the hotel.
The property is surrounded by nature. Rooms are very spacious & there's an open common area with BBQ, ice machine and a fully equipped kitchen! The neighborhood is SUPER safe, and we have 24/7 security cameras (all in the outside/common areas). The hotel staff & security guards roam around the property sometimes .
