Consisting of two adjoining residential units each with separate staircase and individual apartment entrance and large individual terrace.
Rented apartment MESTRAL for 4 persons: 2 bedrooms, very large living-dining room, with access to a large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, fitted kitchen, bathroom (bath with shower, toilet, sink), garage space can be rented for a small fee on request, gardens and additional large common terrace in the garden with built barbecue area and benches.

Our cottages and apartments - most with a beautiful sea view - are all close to each other in Bellamar, a particularly beautiful and quiet residential area on a small hill, partly surrounded by pine forest, oriented to the south and about 1km from the wide sandy beach.
Calafell is an internationally renowned family resort with a beautiful palm-tree promenade, many shops, bars and restaurants and excellent shopping. Very interesting weekly market.
The seaside resort of Calafell is located 58km south of Barcelona and 30km north of Tarragona, very accessible by motorway. Airports are Barcelona or Reus (Calafell is roughly in the middle of both airports).
Calafell has a wide, gently sloping, clean, not overcrowded, fine sandy beach with showers, toilet and bathing supervision. Very child friendly.
In Calafell there is a modern swimming pool, 4km away a thermal water pool (especially interesting for long-term vacationers in winter). The winter is very mild and sunny, which also invites to healthy wintering. Bathing season is until October.
Very good and inexpensive train connection with a modern suburban train, which drives every half hour right in the center of Barcelona and back.
Excursions:
World City Barcelona, Tarragona, World Heritage Site due to the many Roman monuments. The hinterland is a world-famous wine-growing region (the Penedés), where you can also enjoy the famous sparkling wine cellars of Freixenet and Cordoniu u. a. can visit. In the vicinity are the famous monasteries Montserrat, Poblet and Santes Creus. In 30 minutes highway is the famous theme park "Port Aventura". In 7km distance there is a water park. Fishing and marinas nearby. Open-air museum Iberian village (5 minutes walk from our apartments). Interesting the castle in the old part of Calafell.
Other Activities: Summer toboggan and Nordic walking on the beach, surfing, paddling, tennis, mini golf, horse riding and other sports. Golf: The golf course (18 holes) of Calafell is about 2km from the house. On a small hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea while golfing, and an artificial lake. Green fees are reasonably priced.
