This stylish unit features a well-lit open-concept floor plan, with a living room, kitchen, and dining space. The living room features an elegant nautical design, with an ocean-blue couch, bright white furniture, and beach-themed decor. It also has a flat-screen TV and a small game table with two chairs behind the sofa. The living room sits beside a sliding glass door that opens to the unit's ocean-view balcony.
The kitchen is bright and inviting, with white cabinets, an elegant backsplash, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, an electric oven and stovetop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The kitchen is furnished with potted plants to add a pop of color to the neutral design and sits next to a glass dining table with six cushioned seats.
The three bedrooms have plush queen-sized beds, though one room also has a single bunk bed above the queen that can be accessed with a ladder. Each of the bedrooms shares the same clean, minimalist design as the rest of the condo, with grey and white comforters and beach-themed paintings and decor. The master bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a sliding glass door leading to the main balcony overlooking the ocean. The second and third bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to small covered balconies that overlook the lush foliage in Potrero. All the bedrooms have ample storage space.
The master bedroom offers a modern ensuite bathroom with a stone walk-in shower, a rainfall showerhead, and a basin sink. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a similar design.
The private balcony carries the same clean, minimalist design as the inside of the unit, with a white dining table and chairs, rocking chairs, and lounge chairs. The entire terrace is shaded and surrounded by lush tropical foliage, and provides unobstructed views of the community's sparkling pool and Playa Potrero. The balcony also has a BBQ grill, sparkling bistro lights, and ceiling fans, making it perfect for alfresco dining while overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
This quaint beachfront condominium features a sparkling swimming pool for guests surrounded by a pool deck with six lounge chairs. The grassy space around the pool is fenced in, and if you walk just a few steps from the pool, you can dig your toes into the soft sand of Playa Potrero.
Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Pets should not be left unattended within the property. For any questions or further details about our pet policy, feel free to contact us!

You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
