Boasting 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring 1 king bed in the primary bedroom, and 1 bunk bed (king bottom/queen top) in the secondary bedroom. The primary bedroom is large with wrap around windows facing the ocean, along with it's own connected balcony. It features a built in closet, nightstands and a corner ocean-view desk. The secondary bedroom is spacious with double sliding doors, a built in closet and desk. With amenities like a TV, AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, convection oven/microwave, and an induction cooktop, guests can relax and unwind in this enchanting space. The 2 full bathrooms feature large walk-in showers, toilet and built in vanity sink. The main living space features a sectional sofa with chaise lounger, handcrafted bar, large kitchen island with built in cabinetry. The checkerboard dining table hides chess pieces within. And if that isn't enough, there is a large comfortable outside veranda to take in the view of the ocean and town below.
The condo is equipped with all furnishings, towels, bedding, kitchen dishes, pots/pans, small kitchen appliances, fans and just about anything else you might need. There is even a telescope to get a birds eye view of the surfers catching waves or whales in the distance!

The street is one of the few paved streets in town, with street parking. There is a lovely pool, with swim up bar and rancho. The street itself is a dead-end, which means only residents are going up and down the road.
As you saunter down to the beach, you turn right to explore the ancient lava flow beach with tide pools teeming with sea life. Turn to the left for miles of soft sandy beaches. A true rare gem in Esterillos Oeste!
