Summary: We have stayed in various units at the Bahia' Encarta, all of which were updated, this was not one of them. Dated, needs refreshed, multiple plumbing leaks and backups. Flooded hallway bath floor, flooded kitchen floor due to leaks from the fridge. The AC vents from the Master room leaked into the bed, no washer and dryer nor there was a dish washer or conventional oven, nevertheless the conveniency of the unit to access the pools was great. The unit was spacious and comfortable and the conveniency of Clarita's restaurant next door was amazing. The communication with management was good and I loved the pools. Missed the ocean view from a higher unit but there was a peekaboo ocean view from the fabulous porch. Overall the unite was functional enough to covered our needs.
