Our apartment is perfect for any stay in Barcelona.
It is located in one of the best areas of the city. All places and points of interest are close or within a short distance.
Public transport is just a few meters from the door of the apartment.
The Space:
Incredible apartment, totally new and renovated, there are very few places like it in Barcelona.
Located a few meters from Plaza España, the metro and the bus are very close to the apartment, you can walk to Las Ramblas and visit many tourist places walking from the apartment. It is a very lively neighborhood with fantastic shops and many restaurants that are now trendy and new.
The apartment has a wonderful terrace, converted into a beautiful garden with all kinds of comforts: outdoor shower, sofa, table and chairs for breakfast or dinner and place for sunbathing. In addition, it has two large awnings that you can open or close depending on the sun and the weather.
Three double rooms with matrimonial beds, one of the rooms has a King size bed. All the rooms are perfectly equipped and exquisitely decorated.
The kitchen is open to the dining room, new, bright, spacious and equipped with all appliances, it is perfect for organizing all kinds of dishes and dinners. In addition, the kitchen also has a bar with two stools where you can have breakfast, have a drink or a coffee.
The dining room, decorated with details and great taste, is well lit by windows that open onto the terrace and has access to the terrace. It is the perfect place to relax during your stay. A huge sofa in the center where all guests can be seated at the same time. This sofa is convertible into a sofa bed if necessary, and can accommodate two more people. The TV is very big, new, modern and offers free NETFLIX.
The table is perfect so that all guests can sit at the same time and share the best moments and the best dinners, always with views of the terrace.
The apartment has two full bathrooms, equipped with a shower and large closets to store everything you need. They are spacious, modern and new.
In addition to all this, the apartment has centralized air conditioning, centralized heating, Wi-Fi and free parking for one car, in a nearby building for customers.

We do not accept groups of young people in which there are people under 25 years of age.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located in a residential building.
There are two elevators in the building.
We have parking for guests in a nearby building. Only one car can be parked. IT IS MANDATORY TO RESERVE THE PARKING MINIMUM 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
The Neighborhood:
El Poble-Sec is a compact district with shady squares and elegant 19th-century architecture. Carrer de Blai is known for its creative tapas bars and lively drinking dens, while the theater strip of busy Paral·lel avenue features old-school playhouses staging musicals and cabaret. Away from the buzz, locals gather in alfresco cafes around charming squares such as Plaça de las Navas and Plaça del Sortidor

We have a private parking for one car in a very close building. You have to book in advance and pay it in our app
There is a parking lot in the corner of the apartment, maybe it is necessary if the guests arrive with more than one car.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
