Welcome to this wonderful house for 4 people, with shared pool and only 260 metres away from the beach of La Dolores, in Villaricos (Almería).
This beautiful house is located withing a wonderful residential with a water salt shared pool that sizes 17 x 5 metres and with a water depth from 0.7 to 1.5 metres, and magical corners that even invite to have a nice walk. Then, you find the cosy terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink or a good reading. Moreover, the balcony and the top terrace (with 2 sun loungers) offer views to the sea and will encourage you to spend the day at the beach, located only 260 metres away.
When you enter you find an airy living - dining room where you can enjoy your meals all together and rest while watching the TV. Then, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and boasts views to the living through a wide window. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are here. Upstairs you find the two bedrooms, both with a closet and an AC unit (only cold air). One has a double bed and an en-suite with independent bath and shower and the other has twin beds. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. The living - dining room and the bedrooms offer a radiator.
The location of the house is the best one if you are in search of peace and sea, since you can admire the sea from the accommodation. The beach of La Dolores is only 250 metres from the house. Villaricos is a charming and peaceful village although at the same time is a desired tourist destiny. It belongs to Cuevas de Almanzora in Almería.
Pool is available all year round.
