Nineteenth century farm completely restored located in the vicinity of Sant Llorenç in a quiet area and surrounded by beautiful views. It is a house of about 150 m2 living space surrounded by garden, pool and large terraces that makes it the perfect place to spend a family vacation. The house is located on an estate of 40,000 m2.
The house has been restored with taste, incorporating the advances of modern buildings and maintaining the typical character of the old Mallorcan rural houses.
The center of the town of Sant Llorenç is located a few minutes walk from the farm so you can go buy bread and other fresh essentials by taking a walk or bike, without using the car.
