Besides, at the beginning of the corridor we find a room with a washer and dryer. Next to this room, we find the elevator with which we can access the different floors of the villa. Apart from the possibility of using the elevator, we can go down to the middle floor by means of spectacular marble stairs that communicate with a large living-dining room connected to a spacious kitchen open to our left hand, equipped with a complete set of cutlery and tableware of superior category. High-quality brand glassware is used to enjoy drinks in the best possible way. The spacious living-dining room stands out for its large spaces and fabulous modern-style furniture, as well as its beautiful glass doors that give access to the terrace. To guarantee comfort in the living room, all the windows have electric shutters. Likewise, the living room is equipped with highly prestigious decorative elements and offers a large sofa from which you can enjoy a large television set with a wide range of different national and international channels. The fully equipped American kitchen offers a central island to prepare meals comfortably. On this floor, we find the fourth bedroom, which represents the master bedroom.
