Lovely villa in Lo Crispin (Algorfa) 3 minutes driving from Quesada, this villa is set next to the huge communal pool with landscaped gardens. Located in a very quiet and safe environment, especially if you are here with kids. Inside, the house has a spacious living room with a seating and dining area for 6 people and a separate kitchen. There is also on the ground floor a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a bath and a beautiful terrace/solarium with views of the mountains and sea, the surroundings and the pool. There are a garden and BBQ area with enough space to relax, it’s all day possible choice to find a place in the sun or in the shade.
The villa is situated in Lo Crispin on the Costa Blanca in Algorfa, next to Ciudad Quesada and Guardamar in Alicante Province. Ideal for peace seekers, families with children, walkers or couples (cycling, golf, diving, sailing, tennis).
