On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room with exit to the pool, dining room, terrace with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, one bathroom, two bedrooms and garage.
From the entrance hall there is access to the first floor where there are two en-suite bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace/solarium.
Parking is possible in the garage of the property or in the street where there is always space.
There is a possibility that the lawn may not be perfectly green due to current regulations.
There is a building site next door where nobody usually works.
