Very close to Palafrugell, (a little town of 23000 inhabitants), this detached house, at ground level, is located in a rural environment ( within a radius of 150m, : two neighbour-houses, a vegetable garden, a breeding farm, fields, woods), but close to the shopping-centers (ALDI at 800m, ESCLAT at 2 km) and at a short distance from the beaches (Calella/llafranch 5 km). You will apreciate its space, its discrete comfort, the fact that it is built on one level, and like its charming garden.
From the entry (metallic portal), a driveway of about 30m (width 2,20m) bordered with thujas, leads to a courtyard, in front of the entrance door and the garage (in this courtyard, room for 2 vehicles). The garage can shelter one car, but it serves primarily for the laundry, and for storing the gardening tools.
The entrance-door opens onto a hall that gives onto a large double living-room (50m2), with view on the garden and the swimming-pool. On the right-hand side of the entry, a small bedroom for kids, with 2 bunk beds. Then, a passage leads successively to the central bathroom, to a seond bedroom with two beds, and finally the 'parents' bedroom (with 'en-suite' bathroom), with a double bed and a separate single bed. At the end of the corridor, looking to the garden, is the inside kitchen , in extension of the double living-room, that gives through large windows onto the lawn and the swimming pool.
On the south-side of the house is the area used to take the meals outside, (just close by the barbecue place), with an outside kitchenette (table, sink, stove with 2 rings).
The sunny garden is pretty large, about 800m2. A lawn framed by flower banks surrounds the swimming pool (4m wide;8m long, 1,10 to 1,60m deep). The garden chair area is sheltered by pine-trees. Please note that a shower with warm water is available nearby the garage.
