Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into the first floor, where a bright and spacious living room offers direct access to the terrace. The dining area and fully equipped American kitchen include a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. A separate laundry room with a washing machine is also available, along with a courtesy toilet.
Large sliding doors with electric shutters lead to the terrace in front of the living room and kitchen, featuring a large outdoor dining table and electric sunshades. A separate chill-out corner with a comfortable outdoor lounge set and a Weber gas BBQ is perfect for al fresco dining. On this floor, there is also one double bedroom (160cmx200cm) with an en-suite shower cabin and sink.
On the second floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms, all with sea views and access to the balcony:
