1- SANIFICATION: In Urban District Apartments we extremely care about the safety & security of our dear Guests and Personnel. To do so, we have implemented a strict Covid-19 Prevention Protocol based on international recommendations, so to host you in an comfortable and safe apartment. All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchens equipments have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online checkin before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property.
4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone.

To improve our Guest’s service, we have implemented and included in your reservation the use of SELF CHECK-IN. You will not need to wait anymore for keys’ handover at check-in, saving free time and money.
1) Few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link with a downloadable STAY MY WAY APP.
2) Please make sure to download it, do the SELF CHECK-IN, at latest 48 hours before your arrival
3) ALL guests have to be registered.
4) Your smart phone will become the Key to access the apartment and get all needed information about the property.
5) Go Directly to the Apartment. Starting from 15:00 your virtual Key is working.
OPTION 2: PERSONAL CHECK-IN @Office/Reception Address "Extra charges might be applied"

1. Meeting point for Personal Check-in is Reception/Office @Calle Perelló 23, Barcelona (Mon-Fri / 9am - 8pm)
2. After Personal Check-in, you will be free to access the apartment.
3. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land.
4. If pending Rent Balance Payment has to be paid in CASH, please make sure to have CASH ready at arrival (no change is provided).
5. If Rent Balance is paid by Credit Card, 1,5% extra charges might be applied (3% for AMEX)
6. Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 21:00. Late Check IN (from 21:00 to 23:00) has an extra charge of 30 Euros. Night Check-In (from 23:00 to 00:30) has an extra charge of 50 Euros. Night Check-In (after 00:30, only upon request) has an extra charge of 60 Euros.
7. Standard Check OUT is max at 10:30am. Late Check Out (max. at 12:30pm) has a Charge of 30 Euros (to be agreed and confirmed in advance). Late Check-Out (after 12:30pm) as a charge of 1 extra night.
8. Security Deposit is only taken as Credit Card Pre-authorization, there for is not charged on bank account unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, ...)
9. Tourist Tax has to be paid at the check IN in CASH. Tourism Tax is 2.48 Euros x adult person (+16Y) x night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
