The house of 280m2 is located in a quiet area of Santa Susanna's town only 2km from the beach, 50min from Barcelona and 34km from Girona's Airport. It is divided into two floors and has a terrace with sea views, as well as a large garden with a 9x5m private pool and barbecue. On the ground floor we find the livingroom with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each, a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed for two guests in the hall and two bathrooms with a shower. It has air conditioning, heating for winter, Nespresso coffee machine, smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi throughout the property, easy parking outside and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same house from 6pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Groups under 30 years old are not accepted. Garden and pool maintenance work will be carried out periodically. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
