Travel the World by the beach | Condo in Myrtle Beach

Location is key and this condo is close to everything. Just 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the beach.
Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves, Grand Prix racing, Wax Museum, mini golf, tons of restaurants and activities are all within a 5 minute drive.
Also close to some of the best golfing courses in Myrtle Beach.
Large comfortable living area full of windows and natural light. big TVs, a wide full kitchen and a spacious balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool.
Gorgeous themed condo with a Large living area and open design.
Cute living space with comfy and inviting decor from around the world. Clean and very comfortable. Living room has a 65” smart TV and a Queen pull out couch.
Master bedroom has a King bed with new super comfy mattress, cute boho decor, 55” smart TV, walk in closet and private full bath.
Second bedroom has a double bed with twin bed trundle, 55” smart TV, Surfs up decor and an attached full bathroom that’s also accessible from the living room.
Spacious balcony overlooking fresh cut grass, manicured lawns and the pool. It has a table and 4 chairs.
* 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, 2 boogie boards and a few other beach items are supplied for your use.
This is my personal condo, so you are renting directly from the owner. The feeling you get when walking in to one of my condos is pure relaxation and joy that you’ve picked the right place. I care about my guests and it shows.
Pets:
$99 Pet Fee
* Pets require extra cleaning and additional cleaning equipment. There is an additional $50 “undisclosed pet fee” for pets were not made aware of.
Fur babies are loved and welcome. (Big ones too)
All pet dogs and cats must be housebroken. The pet may not be allowed to urinate or defecate inside the residence. All pets must be walked outside in designated grass areas and immediately and properly dispose of any waste.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bed. Should excess hair, odor or stains be found on linens, blankets, pillows and such, tenant will be responsible for the cost of replacing such items. I understand it may be difficult to prevent a pet that’s used to sitting on furniture to do so. If so, please bring your own blankets to put down.

Age restriction’s:
I do not have an age restriction. Rules are the same for all guests. No parties or large gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course respect my place.
Babies:
I have a portable crib with bassinet. If you’d like me to set it up for you, please let me know at booking or at least 3 days before arrival.

Guests have the entire condo to themselves and access to pool and BBQ area
I’m a Myrtle Beach local and I am available to answer questions or requests. Just text me. I’m pretty quick with responses.
Gorgeous well manicured location. Full of greenery and palm trees. Each complex has its own private pool and it’s quite beautiful. Quiet and serene.
Plenty of parking right in front
I have supplied 4 Beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler. You are free to use these and take them to the beach. Please send everything off before returning to condo.
Door will automatically lock when shut.
You will notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera and is there for safety. There are no other cameras in the condo.
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM
4. 6 maximum guests
Washer and dryer are free to use and I have supplied several pods to get you started.
To use the washer, load clothes, add detergent, turn it on and pick a setting. Long press the start button.
Once you start a wash, you cannot open the door again until it has finished its cycle. Do no wash items with sand or pet hair.
To use the dryer, load items, turn it on and pick a setting. Long press the start button.
Pool access: You’ll find a ring with a red key fob and 6 wristbands inside the welcome basket.
Use the red key fob to unlock the pool gate. You do not need to wear the wristbands, but please keep them with you while at the pool. Be sure to return the full set to the basket after use.
Kitchen: the kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and cookware you’ll need.
Garbage: I have left garbage bags for your use under the kitchen sink. Please remove all garbage from the condo and place in the receptacles just outside by the parking area.
The trash containers are in front of the building to the left.
Extra Bed: the blue couch in the living room has a pull out bed. There are sheets blankets and pillows in the closet in the master bedroom.
There is a twin trundle bed under the double bed in the second bedroom. The sheets and pillow are in the closet. The bed is on wheels, you just need to roll it out.
Beach items:
On the patio are several beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, umbrella anchor, beach mat and a few other beach items. Feel free to take to the beach but please wipe the sand off and shake out towels before returning to the condo.
Fresh clean beach towels are in the living room closet.
Please use gently, but still, sometimes things break. If they do, please let me know so I could exchange for the next guest.
Pets:

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bed. Should excess hair, odor or stains be found on linens, blankets, pillows and such, tenant will be responsible for the cost of replacing such items.
Pets are not allowed outside the rental unit unless restrained by a leash. Pets are not allowed in any pool area, clubhouse or other recreational facility.
Do not wash pet items in washer/dryer.
I have supplied a few pet items in the living room closet. A mat for food bowl, a water bowl and lint brush.

AT CHECKOUT:
Please put all used towels in a pile. No need to wash.
All dishes should be washed or put in the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you leave. Remove all food from fridge and throw away trash.
