Two master suites grace the first floor with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a twin and queen size beds in the second suite. The upstairs features an open plan living area, with an oversized balcony, and guest bathroom. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen accompany modern amenities like, hi speed internet, a Sonos audio system, anda 50” LED smart flat screen TV. The house also contains an office area with a wifi printer, dining table for 12, indoor and out door couches, and pretty much everything todays multi-tasking traveler needs.
The upper floor leads out to a private hillside, ocean view pool, which supplement’s marAmar’s own luxury family pool. MarAmar’s secure gated community includes 24 hour security, daily maid service, and ample 3G cell coverage. That plus what has to be one of the best Pacific sunset views in Central America.
The new third bedroom is located just below the main floor. With it's own separate entrance, full bathroom and kitchenette it is the perfect space for those who want a little extra privacy.
A short drive from either the La Lora or Rocamar surf breaks, and a short distance from several excellent restaurants, cafes and a good supermarket, there is no convenience not at arms reach from Casa Playa Vista.
You cannot go far in Santa Teresa without coming across yoga. Our concierge can even arrange for you to have private instruction on the balcony. Where there is yoga, there is always great massage, again, ask our concierge for recommendations.

Please note that the house is located up on a hill so a vehicle is required. Our concierge can help arrange a rental car or ATV for the duration of your stay. The house is not handicap accessible. To access the house you must walk up a few flights of stairs.
