This modern villa sits in a large secluded garden with a private pool and is located in a small neighbourhood close to the historic village of El Catllar and next to the beautiful Costa Dorada golf club.
The villa overlooks a pine forest, which is perfect for family walks, and within the fenced off grounds there are large terraces surrounding the property, a separate barbecue area, a childrens playground, trampoline and table tennis area.
The private pool is located at the front of the property and is finished in modern concrete with a large concrete terrace and outdoor shower area.
The actual house is spread over 2 floors:
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a large corner sofa, seating area and a TV with access to a shaded terrace at the back of the property. There is also an open planned kitchen and dining area which lead out on to a large terrace at the front of the property with another dining area overlooking the pool. There is also a downstairs toilet.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has it's own ensuite and balcony overlooking the pool and forest.
There is private parking for at least 2 cars and we recommend having a car to explore the local area full of historical sites.
The property is a 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Playa Llarga and La Mora with their many amenities. The historic Roman city of Tarragona whose famous ruins have been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO is less than 10 minutes away by car. Port Aventura theme park with it's new Ferrari land and water parks is only 15-20 minutes away by car.
Very close to the property is Costa Dorada Golf Club which hosted the Mediterranean Games in 2018. The club also has an 18-hole Pitch & Putt course perfect for beginners and children. There are clay tennis courts and padel courts. The club benefits from a picturesque Clubhouse with a nice restaurant, cafeteria, bar and spacious terrace perfect for lunch/tapas or evening drinks/dinner.

2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€500) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 20:00 to 19:00 metro. Departure time: 10:00.
