This spectacular villa is located in Tamarit, luxury urbanization in Tarragona, Costa Dorada.
Distributed on a ground floor, surrounded by a magnificent flat garden of 1500m2 with natural grass , with the infiniti pool and wonderful panoramic views over the Mediterranean sea.
The house is recently renovated, retaining its essence of typical Mediterranean house, spacious and fresh, with outdoors porches to relax.
The large part of the house occupies the double height living room divided into diffent open spaces such as dining room and kitchen. All spaces have sea views and the exit to the outside.
The bedrooms are located on the side of the house, all have an access to the garden , and two of them have a sea views.
All rooms are air-conditioned. There are three full bathrooms.
If you travel with housekeeping person, there is a separate room with separate entrance, it is air conditionned and has its own bathroom.
In one of the porches is located the barbecue with a large table for outdoors dinners. Treadmill for fitness.
The pool is 11m x 5m, it is overflowing and facing the sea.
The distance to the nearest beach is around 400m along the path that goes around the coast. This is a pleasant walk along the sea along the cliff.
The nearest restaurants and bars are located on the nearby La Mora beach, which is 10 minutes walk to the opposite side. 2 large supermarkets of Mercadona and Kavravo are located in the village of Altafulla, 5 minutes drive.

1. 5. The agreed security deposit (€2000) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 9:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Departure time: 10:00.
