The house was designed by an Italian architect as his dream Caribbean house. This house had also to stand in a dream garden so we did plant hundreds of plants, added a pond, a swimming pool, a rancho with BBQ and wood oven, a playground and a carport. Envoy a place of heaven in the sound of the jungle.
The house is fully screened with windows, has air conditioning and fans and can welcome up to 6 people.
It is a brick and concrete house that stays cool because it was designed to catch the Caribbean breeze. You can without problem let the windows open and listen to the jungle sounds thanks all the mosquito screens.
Its has also two covered terraces. One next to the swimming pool with a big family outdoor living room and two hammocks. On the other terrace you will find a table to work or play family games on and two rocking chairs. The rancho, an outdoor covered kitchen and dining room with sofas near the playground is another really cool living space. Every one can find a little privacy on the property even coming with the whole family. You want to read, to play, to swim, to cook, to nap, to observe animals and plants, go to the beach? Every thing is there.
This house is perfect to live during day outside in its private botanical garden near the beach, and to sleep sheltered in a designer house with all comfort you need.
You have access to the whole 3000m2.
A person is living in the guardhouse on the parking lot and will be there for you in case of questions or problems.
The laundry room will be opened for more than 4 nights clients on demand. 2 bicycles are also accessible for free so you can go and fetch your fresh bread in the nearby bakery.
