## Neighborhood

Organized around the former Bourse de Paris, the 2nd arrondissement has been expanding since the 16th century. A bourgeois district, where many banks were established after the construction of the Bourse, it has some very beautiful architecture, particularly in Rue Réaumur, a symbol of 20th century architectural innovation. You will also find one of the 5 royal squares of Paris (and one of the least known): the Place des Victoires.
A district at the crossroads between the Grands Boulevards and the Royal Paris of the Louvre. Not the most lively, but it offers many walks and discoveries, especially around the rue Montorgueil. Very central.
