The country house looms up from the country lane. Impressive, stately and luxurious. White-washed walls with friendly yellow-framed windows. The building is built in Spanish style with the best materials and great attention to detail. Very well insulated, so cool in the summer months and easy to heat in the winter period. There is an impressive salon of 56m2 with fireplace / air conditioning and a beautiful high beamed ceiling. The whole is furnished with solid furniture and the country house has been decorated with great care. The large windows offer a breathtakingly picturesque view of the Guadalete River. A large kitchen diner with all necessities, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc, offers the possibility to cook yourself. You can also use the meal service. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, we can arrange it all for you!
Each bedroom is spacious with a spacious luxury bathroom and built-in antique wardrobes. Each room has a large double bed or single beds. One bedroom even has 2 beds of 120 wide, which could also sleep 2 people (they are represented as single beds). The house is equipped for 18 people and there are 2 extra additional beds available. You can also use a nice baby bed.
If the group is larger, then we can also accommodate 6 extra people in the adjacent holiday home with swimming pool. The cottage has its own swimming pool, garden, kitchen, living room and has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom for 2 people and 1 bedroom with 2 x single beds and 1 x bunk bed. So in total there is room for 26 people.
There is a game room with a football table and a pool billiard. The saltwater swimming pool is beautifully situated among some trees surrounded by a green lawn and beautiful views over the rolling landscape. There is a large terrace with a roof where you can lounge. BBQ is of course also available.
Puerto Serrano is a white village that lies against the Sierra de la Grazalema nature reserve where you can make beautiful walks. You can also do other sports there such as climbing, canoeing, canyoning, paragliding, cycling, horse riding, etc.
The beautiful beaches of Cadiz and Puerto Santa Maria are just over an hour away. Closer by, a half-hour drive away, you will find fine, child-friendly beaches by a large lake in Arcos de la Frontera and Zahara de la Sierra. And of course you can also cool off at the river, a 5-minute walk from the mansion.
The cities of Seville, Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz are also within easy reach. Even Granada and Cordoba are among the options for a day trip.
The airports of Seville and Malaga are the closest. Car hire is not expensive in Spain and we can also arrange a taxi from Seville airport.
