We have been the owners of this property since 2006 enjoying nice sunshine filled family holidays since. It has ceiling fans in every room to keep cool with air conditioning units that keeps the lounge and kitchen and 2 of the 4 main bedrooms fully air conditioned. The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms with double beds, one on suite and 2 rooms with twin beds, so it can be ideal for 2 families to share. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave with ceramic gas hob and cooker. In the lounge it has stereo and satellite tv. It also has 3 bath /shower rooms. The villa has a roof solerium for sun worshippers with mountain views. The property is located 5-10 minutes walk from beautiful sandy beaches with all amenities inc beach bars & resturants, and the famous Bolnuevo erosions.
