*The space*
Fantastic freshly renovated villa decorated with great taste and with views of the Maresme coast and the mountains. Located very close to the beaches and the port of Arenys de Mar. From the house you can reach the wonderful beach just 500m away. Barcelona is 45km away and can be reached by train or car.

The house has a solar panel system (green energy) that allows generating low-pollutant, renewable and clean energy. At nightfall, the exteriors are illuminated automatically also by solar energy with warm light, offering various chill out possibilities both in the garden, terrace with sea view and back garden with a cozy atmosphere.

Garage + up to 3 cars in front of the garage inside the house. Entrance to the garage with remote control. There is also a ping pong table.

The house has 4.5 bathrooms, 1 bathroom in the garage, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bathrooms on the first floor.

On the 1st floor, there are 2 en-suite bedrooms with private bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink and shower cabin), one of which has a balcony with direct sea view and has comfortable seating; the 3rd room with 2 bunk beds (each one with a bedside lamp) and a bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub). There is also a separate office space with sofa bed.

The well equipped gym can be used for an additional fee of €25 per week. To be paid in cash upon arrival.

All the interior installations of the house have smoke detectors and extinguishers (1st floor, 2nd floor and kitchen).

The house also has 2 televisions and 1 DVD (the one in the living room with satellite TV + DVD and the one in the suite with internet only). If you have a Netflix account or another APP you can log in. We also have a series of DVD movies from +12 years old.

Magazines, books and a stereo system for listening to music.
Board games for the whole family.

Multiple charger for cell phones by induction or USB cables.
International adapters for all electronic devices such as laptops, etc.

The windows and doors of the house have mosquito nets, automatic blinds and roller blinds. Likewise, all the entrances to the house have folding bars.

The outdoor facilities on the first floor and balcony have roller blinds.

All sun loungers and furniture on the terrace are equipped with parasols. There is also 1 parasol available to take to the beach.
All sun loungers have towels.

*Guest access*
When you stay in this beautiful luxury unit, you have access to everything. The unit is rented out to one family at a time, so you have ultimate privacy and space. Your host will be happy to meet you upon arrival and give you all the information you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Business travellers can pop open their laptops, connect to the speedy WiFi, and keep connected with customers, clients, family, and friends back home. Families traveling with young children will have access to a baby crib, just let us know of this need beforehand so we can have it set up for you!

No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking property.
The property is fitted with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this property as the property is located in a residential building/area.If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.

No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the property is located in a residential building/area.
There is a penalty of 200€ for smoking, partying and/or damage at the property.

Please don't water the plants.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.

There will be a fee of 15€ if we have to rearrange your check-in after having waited on the agreed time. Or for each hour that the agent waits for you, if we were not informed about the delays.

City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 6,05€ per guest above 17 years of age per night, before arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 54,45€ (6,05 x 3 X 3 = 54,45).

Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

Before leaving please:
• Take out the trash – do not forget to throw the garbage when doing the check-out, if not there is a penalty of 25€.
• Lock all windows and doors.
• Turn off the lights, AC and heating.
• Leave the keys inside the property when you leave. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a minimum charge of 200€ per key depending on the key.

A damage deposit of 500€ will be required. It will be paid by credit card. It will be refunded after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full once the accommodation has been checked.
