As you arrive onto the property there is the first bldg with 2 levels. Each level has 2 rooms with covered decks. The two bedrooms on the upper floor include awesome view balconies where guests can look from an elevated vantage point for the amazing array of tropical birds and wildlife that visit the property.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and private bathrooms.

Now to access the entertaining spaces, guests take the stair case (about 20 stairs) that leads down to a large 2,000 sq. ft. rancho with a pool. The rancho includes an outdoor grill, an indoor kitchen, a common bathroom, a rooftop viewing platform and covered patios with dining areas. Please be aware that there’s no A\C in the rancho area or the kitchen.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with vibrantly colored plants that thrive in the tropical Costa Rican environment.
Hatillo is a wonderful getaway spot with a very convenient location. The property is easily accessed off of a public road and guests can have their feet in the sand in approximately 10-20 minutes by car. In 25 minutes you can be in the town of Uvita and a 30-minute drive will take you to the Quepos Marina and Manuel Antonio National Park.
Within this 30 minute radius, guests can partake in numerous activities that include: zip lining, ATV tours, waterfall hikes, horseback riding, surfing, kayaking, whale watching, nature tours, shopping, dining and much more. After a day of adventure, guests can retreat back to their tranquil home in Hatillo for some peace and quiet where they can recharge for the next day.

The home is located in an area where power outages are common. 4x4 vehicle is best because there's loose gravel going up the hill to the property and it can get tricky mostly during rainy season.
