Sitges Spaces Garden Oasis is a fantastic 3-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (one en-suite) recently renovated in 2023 with a wonderful 75M2 private garden for the exclusive use of our guests and enjoying a central location with all the most important commerce of Sitges (shops, restaurants, cafes, and of course the beach) just a few steps away!
The apartment is designed with an 'open plan' lounge/diner/kitchen providing ample space to move around and relax comfortably. The house has been completely renovated (2023) and offers an elegant, modern and harmonious decoration. It has 3 bedrooms (one double with a 160cm/Queen-sizebed), another double with two single beds and the third bedroom with a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed to accommodate another two people, being able to accommodate up to 7 people comfortably in the house. There are also 2 spacious bathrooms and modern walk-in showers, easily accessible from all rooms. One of the bathrooms is 'in-suite' with the master bedroom with the queen size bed. The living room has a 65' SMART TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
One of the most attractive features of this property is the magnificent private garden with direct access from the living room and for the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment. It has diverse environments to satisfy different tastes and needs of our guests! A dining area with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, elegant lounge chairs for sunbathing, a 'chill-out' area with spacious benches covered with cushions and surrounded by natural vegetation to provide a more intimate atmosphere! There's even a lovely outside shower corner to cool off in the summer sun which adds an elegant flavor to the garden setting!
The modern kitchen is very well equipped with all the latest appliances and kitchen utensils necessary to prepare the best meals during your stay. On the terrace there is also a sheltered closet with washing machine and dryer (separately)!
Being a ground floor, it is also the best option for people with reduced mobility who want to avoid stairs or heights!
The apartment also has access to a nearby parking space (underground) available for a small supplement of €15/night.
Sitges Spaces Garden Oasis is available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals (special monthly rates for 31 days or longer available from October to April).
For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.
Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.
Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).
For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
